ACCA offers the globally recognized Chartered Certified Accountant qualification (ACCA or FCCA). ACCA focusses on encompassing highest standard of business-related qualifications to individuals who wish to excel in the field of accountancy and finance.
The ACCA Exam is divided into levels, Fundamentals and Professionals. The Fundamentals level has two modules, knowledge and skills. The areas covered under knowledge module are financial and management accounting. The knowledge module provides the base for studying the skills module which includes areas of technical accountancy in detail. The topics included in skills module are performance management, law, financial reporting, taxation, financial management and auditing.
The Professional level is also divided into two modules- Essentials and Options. These modules are similar to the level of the Master’s degree. The syllabus focusses on the enhancement of the previously acquired technical skills and to get hands on more advanced techniques and professional skills.
The specimen exams help the students in their preparation. The students get an idea about the exam format, structure, style of questions, paper assessment etc.
