FRM® Part I
Globally recognized professional certification for Banking and Finance professionals by Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP , US). Over 150,000 GARP members in more than 195 countries across the globe. FRM® is a two part exam conducted in May and November every year. It assesses an individual’s ability to measure and manager risk in a real-world environment.

HR Analytics
HR professionals are constantly required to devise metrics, collect data and analyze them. In HR functions such as Performance Appraisal, Training Calendar, Management Dashboard or other charts they can use MS Excel extensively for such tasks. This course aims to understand some common challenges faced in HR Analytics and to learn to overcome them using Excel.

Faculty Profile
Pawan Prabhat is an MBA in finance from IIM Indore and has done his B. Tech. from IIT Bombay. Pawan has worked in investment banking in Standard Chartered. He has also worked in the Risk Advisory division of CRISIL-a Standard and Poor's Company. He has co-authored articles in leading business dailies on Risk Management.
Anil Bains has cleared FRM Exam with top quartile in eight subjects. He is a CFA® Level III candidate and is an electrical engineer from IIT Roorkee. He had scored above 70% in all the subjects of CFA® Level I.
Paramdeep Singh has an extensive experience in the financial services, consulting and training domain. He has extensive knowledge of the financial services industry, where he raised growth capital for organizations and helped them improve their revenues.
