bond price using par rates

please tell me how to calculate bond price using Par rates ( as we do using,forward rates, or spot rates etc) how to calculate if in Q it gives par rates

just hypothetically if bond par value is 1000, giving semiannual coupon of 8 % given following par rates

year par rates
0.5 2.7 %
1 2.9%
1.5 3.1%
2 4.5%
2.5 5 %
3 5.1 %

can you please explain how can i solve it???
