I had doubt in below question's answer provided by Edupristine. Is provided answer and its explanation correct. Green highlighted one are correct answer as per Edupristine.

In a crime involving two persons, one innocent and the other guilty. The innocent person gets a jail term and the guilty walks out free. This is an example of?

a. Type I error Correct
b. Type II error Incorrect
c. Both Type I and Type II error Incorrect
d. None of the above Incorrect
The correct answer is A
Type I error is rejecting null hypothesis when it is true i.e. letting the criminal go.

According to this question, answer (c) should be correct. because type I error states that innocent person is convicted and type II error states that guilty is freed. So 'both type I error and type II error' is the correct answer.
