Quant Question

I am new to FRM.
Can any body help me to let me understood how to solve this quant equation.
like 10C3,
or 10C3*20C3

10C3 is a problem related to combination. Here 10C3, means Factorial 10/(factorial of (10-3)*factorial 3, & it looks like, 10!/(7!*3!) = 120. Hope u know how to calculate the factorial of a number. U can also use excel to solve such problem.
