Which of the following is NOT an example of overcollateralization as an internal credit enhancement for
securitization?
I. Direct equity issue.
II. Holdback.
III. Cash collateral account.
IV. Excess spread.
A) IV only.
B) I only.
C) I and II.
D) III and IV.

I think all the four are overcollateralization as an internal credit enhancement.
Correct me if i am wrong
