Facebook Valuation: Where will it stop?

Postby prasad.ajinkya » Thu May 31, 2012 7:10 pm

With the launch of Facebook IPO, the scrip opened at 38 USD and slid down to 28 USD.

In a matter of weeks, the Facebook valuation has gone down from a 100 billion USD story to 60 billion USD.

At our Pristine offices, we did a silent cheer and a "I told you so" handshakes. The financial valuation model that our team had created for Facebook was at 60 billion USD.

Our team thinks that the valuation will further slide down, what do you guys think? Where will the stock finally settle?
