Not abale to connect to MySql

ERROR 2003 (HY000): Can't connect to MySQL server on '35.165.203.51' (111)

I use '35.165.203.51' in putty, cannot connect to 52.34.11.96 in putty ... get an error Access Denied.

Hi Ananta,

You have to use following step to avoid error:
1.run the command vim /etc/MySQL/my.cnf
2.comment bind-address = 35.165.203.51' (111) using the # symbol
3.restart your my SQL server once

getting error ' [ Error writing /etc/mysql/my.cnf: Permission denied '
