Question about CFA L1 Ethics

Postby vishnu.ftw » Tue Apr 30, 2013 2:28 pm

Considering it is the topic with most weightage, and has a lot more material than the other books, why is there only one class for this section? Do you recommend I study from the CFA textbook or somewhere else, or is all the information covered by pristine? What other topics should I study from the book?

Question about CFA L1 Ethics

Hey Vishnu
Ethics is a topic that is very subjective in nature. It is advisable to go through the CFA textbook for this particular topic. If you read it through the CFA textbook, it would be more than enough.
And practice a lot of questions on Ethics.

thanks lokesh. do you recommend this for any other topics? i know that reading the textbook is always good, but there's not a lot of time left, so is there any other topic that you would absolutely recommend i read through the textbook, or some topic which is not covered completely by Pristine?

Hello Vishnu, Since not much time is left I would advise you to just go through the Pristine material or the material you have been preparing from. Though it is very much advisable that you read Ethics topic from the CFA Textbook.
