What does this means??
Treasury bills are quoted as percent and fraction of 1%(measured in 1/32) of face value

Treasury notes and Treasury bonds are quoted on the secondary market at percentage of par value in thirty two seconds of a point.

For eg a quote of 95-07 on a note indicates that it is trading at a discount \$952.19 i.e (95+ 7/32%) for a \$1000 bond.

i.e [(95 + 7/32)*1000]/100 = 952.19 is the value at which T- Bond is trading.
