Hi Pankaj

You are absolutely right that we have to take After tax cash flow. The situation is a statement like OCF is inclusive of tax and epreciation means that depre and tax has been taken care of already. Which mean that tax has already been subtracted from the OCF and hence we do not need to subtract it again
