Certificate Generation

Yes, we do provide you with a certificate of participation for all our skill based programs. We will also provide you with a Certificate of Excellence that would be subject to the Excellence test. For further details, drop us an e-mail on care@edupristine.com

You will get a soft copy of your certificate within 7 business days and a hard copy within 1 month. In the unfortunate event that you do not receive your certificate, do drop us an e-mail on care@edupristine.com and we would be happy to assist you. You can also call on our toll free number: 1800-200-5835 from 10 AM to 7 PM.

In case you do not receive your certificate, please write to our support team at care@edupristine.com. You can also call on our toll free number: 1800-200-5835 from 10 AM to 7 PM.

To acquire the certificate of excellence you would need to pass the Excellence test. You can contact your Relationship Manager to get further details or you can simply drop us an e-mail on care@edupristine.com

We can certainly provide you with another copy of your certificate, however, there would be a nominal fee of INR 300 to cover administration charges.

Placement Assistance

EduPristine is constantly in touch with various companies for their hiring and training needs. We put in our best efforts to identify the right opportunities for our students and help place them better. EduPristine offers complete guidance in placement assistance.

EduPristine has conducted corporate training programs for various MNCs. We have also placed our students in various companies that ply their trade in Investment banking, Financial reasearch, KPOs, Digital marketing, Big data and analytics, etc.

You will receive an e-mail from EduPristines' placement team stating the steps to be followed to register for the placement process closer to the end of your training program. Alternatively, you can e-mail your resume at placement@edupristine.com along with your personal and batch details.

EduPristine has a strong network in the industry and we are constantly in touch with various companies for their hiring and training needs. We put in our best efforts to identify the right opportunities for our students and help them get in touch with the relevant HR teams across various industries to place them better. EduPristine will not be able to guarantee you a job but will provide you with complete assistance in getting a job.

A student would be provided placement assistance for an entire year from the time they have completed their training.

Scheduling and Class Assistance

You can view the upcoming class schedule 48 hours prior to your class on your Learning Management System (LMS). We also request you to check your LMS before every class.

EduPristine will be happy to help in case you have missed a few of your classroom sessions. You can send an e-mail regarding the same at care@edupristine.com to get the required information. Meanwhile, you can always view the recordings of the online live classes on your LMS.

The recordings of the online live classes will be available on the LMS after 3 business days post the session.

We always try to give the best quality product to our students. In case you feel, some of the videos are of low quality, you can e-mail the details to care@edupristine.com. Your relationship manager will get in touch with you at the earliest.

The faculty members at EduPristine are vastly experienced in their respective fields and ensure that they deliver a fruitful hands-on learning experience.

At EduPristine, we dedicate ourselves to providing our students with the best services. To ensure this, we have a feedback mechanism where our students are required to fill out a feedback form after every class. This helps us to identify areas of improvement and thus provide them with a fruitful learning experience.

LMS Access Issues

Once you have completed the registration process, you would receive access within 1 business day.

In case there is any difficulty to view the content on your LMS, please drop us an e-mail at care@edupristine.com. Your relationship manager will get in touch with you to resolve the issue at the earliest.

The online live sessions are always recorded and they will be uploaded on your LMS within 3 business days from the date of the class. In case you face any challenges for the same, you can drop us an e-mail at care@edupristine.com

In case you are facing difficulties in accessing your LMS, you can drop us an e-mail at care@edupristine.com. Your relationship manager will get in touch with you to resolve the issue at the earliest.

On your login page, you can reset your password by using the 'Lost Password' option. You would then receive details on how to reset the password to your online account. Alternatively, you can e-mail us at care@edupristine.com if you face any difficulties.
