Hello this is Tapasya here and I have been working with EduPristine as a Customer Support Office for one year. My experience so far has been wonderful. I started working as a support for US CPA where I could learn how to handle a course. It is not only about solving the queries of student but help them have a stress-free process throughout the course. I like the initiative we take as an institute in not only resolve their queries but also help them clear the exams. Now I am working as a customer support office for BAT and DM. I have enrolled for the US CPA Program and have choose this course in order to gain an in-depth knowledge about US GAAP and how taxation works in the US as I wanted to build a career in US taxation. My overall experience at EduPristine was good. The admin staff is extremely helpful and always available as and when needed. I didn’t attend any lectures of the EduPristine faculty because of time constraints. I attended a few REG lectures of the faculty, but it didn’t suit my timings and I couldn’t really grasp the lecturer’s lecture, so I didn’t continue watching it further. EduPristine provided Becker which is the best review course available in the market, I found Becker to be sufficient for my preparation. About the faculty experience I haven’t attended the lectures so I can’t comment on the same. As mentioned earlier, I attended a few REG lectures, but it didn’t go along well so I used Becker only. The support provided was the best. Uday was always available whenever I had queries regarding evaluation, NTS or even scheduling exams. About referring EduPristine - yes, for the support.
