Have you ever felt you must check the spelling of a word you have written immediately?
In my excel sheet when I use some hard words, I usually prefer to make sure that my spellings are right. Wrongly spelt words make a bad impression the viewer. For this I can make a spell check at the end.
For example on my Accenture model, I had quite a few spelling errors. For this I could have waited till the end to run a spell check. But I wanted to keep checking along the way.
For this I use the cell spell check shortcut. Everytime I feel there is a spelling error, I can do a spell check on that particular cell.
F7 is the shortcut to make cell spell checks
How is it useful?
I can make spell checks specific to cells whenever I have the need to, instead of waiting till the end.
