In the CPA BEC exam a candidates English is tested in the business context. There are three levels BEC Preliminary, BEC Vantage and BEC Higher in the exam format. The majority of the candidates believe that this section is easy to pass. Today the BEC pass rate is 48%. In this section quick thinking abilities are required about the business concepts. Students having expertise in the finance and economics score better in this section. CPA BEC exam format consist of three test lets that consists of twenty four MCQs which means total seventy two questions and requires 85% grades. The remaining is achieved from the written communication where there are three separate questions in the exam format. That is relevant to BEC topics. To pass this section, 75% or more are required.
BEC is among the four sections of the CPA examination and is conducted offline. Candidates are tested for the business concepts, business transactions, accounting implications and business environment. There are six topics covered in the CPA BEC exam format. The exam is scheduled for three hours, 72 questions and three communication based tasks that are written.

This is an important section and is related to others. Pay special attention on the audit committee and board of directors.
It is a vast topic and no course can cover all the concepts. There is not much tricky part in this section as most of the section is based on the terminology and facts. Reading the material ones with extreme concentration will help you understanding the exam format.
