ACCA P5 Paper, Advanced Performance Management,is the fifth paper of the professional level module and itaims to enable the candidate apply relevant knowledge, skills and exercise professional judgment as expected of a senior financial executive or advisor, in taking or recommending decisions relating to the financial management of an organization in private and public sectors.
This paper builds on F2, F5 and P3.
ACCA P5 syllabus in accordance with the aim of the ACCA P5 paper, This syllabus looks further develops key aspects introduced in Paper F5, Performance Management, at the skills level and draws on aspects of the material covered from a more strategic and operational planning perspective in Paper P3, Business Analysis.
Knowing the ACCA P5 Exam format helps you to prepare more strategically and with more focus. The exam format of ACCA P5 paper will also test the candidates’ knowledge of the F2, F5 and P3 and how well he/she is able to relate the papers.
