If you wish to take the Exam in a jurisdiction supported by NASBA’s CPA Examination Services (CPAES), you may apply online through CPA Central.
You need to submit a CPA application and the other required documents with fees every time you wish to take one or more sections of the CPA examination. Once the evaluation of your application is completed, the State Board of Accountancy or its designated agent will contact you.
The name mentioned in your application must exactly match with the name on your identification proof. The middle name can be substituted with the middle initial or vice-versa.
With the filing of your application, you are required to submit your application and examination fees. Depending on the rules of the jurisdiction, you may have to pay the complete fees or some part of the fees for the exam section you want to take. CPA Application fees can be paid either to State Board of Accountancy/its agent or to NASBA. The CPA application fees has two components:
